This page explains what the redesigned website does with the information you choose to share and the limits of the general information published here.
Privacy
When you submit the contact form, the information you enter is sent through a protected server-side handler to Emailit for delivery to dan@simcoecomputers.ca. Use the form only for information you are comfortable sending through this service.
Email, phone, text, and form communications are used to answer questions, arrange service, provide repair updates, and maintain normal business records. Do not send passwords, PINs, security answers, or payment-card details through the website, by email, or by text.
Cookies and third-party services
The website does not require an account, comments, or its own customer database. The contact form uses Emailit for email delivery. Google reviews are displayed through an Elfsight widget, which loads content from Elfsight and Google. These services may use cookies or similar technologies under their own privacy practices. Links to Google Maps, Google reviews, Facebook, Instagram, and Three Best Rated also take you to third-party services with their own terms and privacy practices.
Website information
Service descriptions, pricing, turnaround estimates, and availability are general information and may change based on the computer, parts, data condition, and repair scope. A final plan or total is confirmed directly with the customer.
Repair scope and data
Customers are responsible for explaining which files are important and, when possible, maintaining a current backup. Data recovery and transfer can be attempted, but no website statement can guarantee recovery from every failing or damaged device.
